I do it the other way shave the little tongue and apply glue to the piece them i use the blue tape to keep it to gether I like the tip thanks for sharing I do it the other way cuz sometimes the floor planks have to be installed on a angle is hard to pull it together when the piece have be on a angle to luck it in but I like that

Those stream limiters come in many different shapes and sizes. I had a kitchen faucet that had them in two places. Finally threw it out and bought a different brand. Apparently there’s some law limiting flow rates to 1.8 gpm. I ended up drilling one out on a shower head, too.

outside temp? furnace btu's? homes heatloss calculation? or at least the sqft. has it ever been this cold before with that furnace and did it work fine then? inlet gas pressure?

I have a great idea let's install laminate over carpet that way when the humidity changes we have big nasty gaps or the flooring Bows up and makes it look absolutely trust me folks you don't want to go down this road

This is fake right? That floor will fall apart, you can't lay that over carpet. Also there's a damaged board you just connected to. No base baseboard removal. And never cut on top of the new floor. My family had been in the trade 47 yrs, I personally have been installing for 22

YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A 1/4” gap around the perimeter.

That's a neat trick, but by wedging it like that, under that baseboard. your probably messing up the miter cuts on and in the corners of the trim. Looks good though 👍
