I really admire Jacob. I may not like many of the designs he comes up with but the engineering and imagination behind the pieces are mind blowing. A few personal favorites are the Astronomia Sky, The Black and blue Chiron, The Fleur De Jardin and the God Father.

Got mine June 1. But it’s going back for warranty service already, it on runs 18 hours on a full wind instead of the 50 promised, and only takes 20 turns when it stops when a full wind is 82. I’m disappointed just a bit because I love it otherwise and it’s my fourth omega.

I don't get all the negative comments about one or the other. I can afford either or both, but prefer Breitling. I have a Navitimer 46, which sounds big, and it is, but I love the way it wears on my 7.5 inch wrist. Also have an Avenger II 43 which I also love. I will say it was expensive to service at about 7 or 8 years, but worth it to me. Haven't had to service the Navi. I think Rolex has several models that appeal to me, 41 mm is big enough, but somehow still looks a little small on me. I say get what you like for whatever reason you like it. No need to justify your taste. No need to criticize someone else's choice.

I have this dial (on a SARX 055). It is the best dial in my collection of about 30 including a GS. It performs the miraculous feat of emitting more light than it receives! Theoretically impossible but that is the perception. Even more pronounced in low light. How the hell do they do it?
