Thank you for your video. I tried an easier idea. I soaked the area in concentrated Mr. Clean for 15 minutes. At the end of the time, the residue had come off, and I just wiped the pot dry after pouring out the Mr. Clean. Easy-peasy!!

It's quite safe! Our plug-ins only use very low wattage, only 15w.

ABSOLUTELY! It runs off a 15watt bulb which is a low wattage. Safe to leave on 24-hours. I rarely turn any of mine off.

Dear Minny Moore House : I was emailed your site from Shawn and Wendsy . I purchased the Scentsy plug in that goes into the wall , the color that it is Gray ! Live Simply Product ! Not quit easily to assemble . Your email shows different products than the one I have , so it doesn't do me any good .

Can you use essential oils in these ???
Hi there! Our warmers are made to warm our soft wax over a low-wattage bulb, in this case, it is a 15-watt bulb. I would not suggest putting anything else in the warmer. We DO, however, have absolutely BEAUTIFUL diffusers for oils. Let me know if you have any other questions! :)
I have an older ceramic scentsy. It has a top that goes on the dish and under the dish is a hole with a lightbulb at the bottom. Over the years, there have been a few spills in the part with the bulb and some stuck on the lid part. Any ideas on getting it all out? I don’t have a hairdryer so I used warm water the first time and got it off or so i thought. There’s still quite a bit
