I sometimes think that since Jessica Tate was a cousin to Eugene Gatling from Benson, it would have been funny to see Chuck and Bob appear on an episode of Benson. Story tells that Clayton has made a business deal with someone named Bob Campbell, and he is unaware that Bob is a puppet. Bob arrives and also tries to put the moves on Krause. Of course, too, Benson and the Governor don't tell Clayton that Bob is a puppet.

I've been saying this very same thing to family members and friends for decades, since they started with the scare tactics on the news. People have to realize that every day and every year people die and after contributing for decades don't get to collect also people who are in jail for many years don't get to collect social security benefits. I feel like I see a lot of comments praising chuck and bob, but I’ve come to conclude that is just nostalgia. The folks who watched soap in its prime and are commenting on it now were younger kids then. Going through the series for the first time as an adult, it’s the worst part of the show. There was never even any chuck even. Always Bob. We hardly know chucks whole deal. True lampshading. Bobs comments were hardly irreverent. Just really racist with some sexism thrown in.
