The Bacterial and Viral Bioinformatics Resource Center (BV-BRC) is an information system designed to support research on bacterial and viral infectious diseases via integration of vital pathogen information with rich data and analysis tools. BV-BRC combines two long-running centers: PATRIC, the bacterial system, and IRD/ViPR, the viral systems. This CZcams Channel collects the playlists of each of the respective BRC CZcams Channels.

Thank you very much for the explanation; it is very elucidating. However, when I submit my data in contigs and not in SRA, when I check the annotations in VIEW, nothing appears. The information I receive is 'Genome 287.33137 was not found. This could be because it is currently being indexed in the PATRIC database, it does not exist, or you do not have read privileges.' How can this be resolved?
