Your studio apartment is cute! I had one on the 14 floor in a building near 836. It was way more affordable than what you're paying. These miami rent prices are appauling. Although i understand what you mean about getting too comfortable living alone but for those of us who love living alone dont pray that curse upon us to live with others. I was my happiest living alone The best part of living alone is no one asking 😮you any questions about what you want to do in your place at anytime. And i say that because my family would ask me the stupidest questions when i would leave for work especially. Mind you i had to wear a full officers uniform, gun belt included and be to work at 3 pm. 2:15 comes and im putting my lunch bag in the car and coming back to get my coffee and being interrogated about where am i going. So naturally for me, my answer was always "in this monkey suit *while gesturing at my outfit* ... Oh nowhere, i thought id audition for KOD but in case i dont get that job, ill be at TGK." And i never wore any part of tha uniform anywhere but to go to work. Id personally pray people get the living situation they want.

I have spent some time in the ritz carlton residencies at coconut grove and i loved it there. It seemed decent loved the amenities and the staff was nice. easy to book spa apts etc.
