    I used czcams.com/users/postUgkx4ynqaujg7rZKFapA8s29kTpRszJGa3-K this for the first time today to replace the front wheel bearing on my rwd 98 dodge dakota. This had absolutely no issue removing or reinstalling the lug nuts and it took off the axle nut without any struggle. Sounds like it's got some muscle to it. Time will tell

    Works great, not sure why so many complaints from others czcams.com/users/postUgkx0vyBwjtx9GGOuiqUVT2sRoYqmDoNT_RI Battery life is good and comes with two blades. For those complaining about the missing nuts... It's not detrimental to the functionality of the device and can be easily replaced with a string instead.

    You have no idea how happy it made me to open up this tool review to find a happy kid playing with his man toys. I’m only 22 but it is extremely obvious that my generation and younger are not interested in the trades. Nobody is learning how to use these tools anymore! It makes me very sad. Those of us that are young and have the love need to spread it as far and wide as we can.

    even though i have dewalt drill and driver, i would still buy the makita multi tool. as my brothers is brilliant. I don't mind having both battery sets though. certain tools in makits are better. and personally i think the dewalt driver is better.

  • @samparks1929
    @samparks1929 Před 3 lety

    I have used both brands a lot and really prefer the Dewalt. I love the variable speed trigger, the quick change blade system and the light...all features the makita is lacking. That being said, I actually own the Makita because that’s the battery system I’m invested in. While makita is lacking some features it’s still a really great tool and I’d never hesitate to recommend it.

  • @sizif717
    @sizif717 Před 3 lety

    I have both, power wise are similar ( Dewalt slightly more when cutting). The Makita - really Heavy Metal made- the thing weights like an angle grinder! Very heavy - but also - super smooth running and refined and you can feel the quality of the make in your hand. And it also takes almost all the attachments for all the brands ( apart from the newest Starlock ones). The Dewalt just kills your hand with vibration if you use it for more than a couple of minutes, but it is very light and ergonomic, with thin handle. The noise it makes at max revs is horrific though. I also have a 18v Fein SuperCut - best of both worlds in terms of weight / vibration / ergonomics/ feel of build quality - and even more powerful than both of them, but still not as refined and silent as the Heavy Metal Makita. I find the 3 of them very good tools, i have the Dewalt for more than 2,5 years now and even the vibration and the noise - it has reliably done tons of different jobs for me, bot at home and in my workshop. Now i use it only for cutting and the other two for sanding for most part - all with different attachments preinstalled and rarely changed.

    I know you US guys can't figure out how to use the metric system... But I'm pretty sure that you use 360 degrees in a circle and not 480.. (or maybe 400 degrees if you are a using gradian..)

    I'd like to comment on your irresponsible choice of footwear whilst using power tools young man. In the folly of youth, you could have decapitated yourself. Think on.

  • @omer-estefaniaozcelik4572

    I stopped watching during the first test. Ph2 vs hex? You're testing 2 screws with different guages, firstly and one a Ph2 head the other a tek screw. Hex screw will always go in faster in timber. Aswell as your using an extention bit on one and not the other so theres losses in torque pressure transferring from bit to screw. Also, your weighted guide e.g. are you right or left handed? This impacts the speed and pressure of a screw being fixed. Just remember tests need to be apples for apples mate.

    I was doubtful that the battery would hold out but I drove over one hundred 3 inch deck screw the first time share4.photo/DImpactBrushless I used it and never thought about the batter. Has excellent power now. Let see how the torque holds up in the future as I use it more and more.

    Makita needs to make a brushless model. I own all makita tools. My work provides all dewalt. I do prefer makita but when it comes to the oscillating tool dewalt is far superior.

  • @realworldcarpentryremodeli5868

    I have both. Dewalt is a whole lot more comfortable. The Mikita is smoother but I always grab the dewalt.
