An effective induction of antigen presentation might be evaluated by the capability of inducing LFA-1/RASA3 in the responding T cell which would be suggestive of not only a strong antigen presentation but also an efficient lymphocyte migration to the lymp nodes?

Would it be more effective in terms of inducing an il-12 producing DC to use a molecule that activates TLR4 instead of TLR3 and thus mimicking LPS or surface antigens from an intracellular bacterium containing phosphoantigens and therefore also inducing a response from gamma/delta T cells?

When a tumor induce an immunsuppressive microenvironment through epigenetic changes by causing chromatin remodeling,- as in the case of BAP1 null mutation,-could a dendritic cell vaccine help overcome the immunsuppression through anewed antigen presentation and thus activation of CD8+ T cells?

As a prevention of all Mites the Diatomaceous earth powder sprinkled on carpets before vacuuming gets rid of mites. Carpets and rags are full of mites & hardwood floors or even cheaper tiles are preferred choice of flooring ... Diatomaceous earth powder used instead of baby powder - asbestos mixture after a bath with a little bit of Borax pulls skin mites out of the skin pores , dries mites out killing it . Diatomaceous earth powder food grade is sterile & is killing bacteria overgrowth on the skin ..... A - Streptococcus & Staphylococcus are of great concern for jumping on general population then ARF & Rheumatic Heart Disease damaging valves it is all very scary ...

I can not stress how helpful this is for other fellow researchers to come. There are several cases where mitophagy can occur erronously, like in a lack of external oxygen in hypoxia and ischemia, and in adpatation to cryohybernation or even engineered adaptation to heat where the proton graident must be reduced in healthy mitochondria to reduce slef induced heat stress by lowering energy temporarily too. And thisbis useful in camcer reseaech too where upregulation of mutophagy could eliminate sufficient mitochondria from thise cells that are used by cancers to make cancer enhancment factors instead of energy in cancers and possibly senescent cells too. All are synthetic bio applications that go beyond simple crispr or drugs but doable presently too.

You can ask but most Doctors (Especially in Midwest) won't do a correct diagnosis. Yes, they can get on your head. Yes, you can get them from pets and birds if nest is on house. Yes, if you have compromised immune system, you can be the only one infected in your house while everyone else thinks your delusional until you treat yourself and they look for another blood source. Get a scrubbing stone for skin. Take (Only) One cup of powder Arm/Hammer laundry detergent put in bathtub hot water. Soak long time until skin soft then scrubbing skin/scalp. Prior go to feed store and get 20% permethrin for horses/cows/dogs. Small plastic vials with oil liquid. Pour one vial into a bottle of Gold Bond Menthol Lotion and shake. You have just saved a couple hundred dollars and have enough for 3 months of treatment. After bath cover head to toe. Every night take shower scrub skin. Three days later another treatment then again every two weeks for eggs that haven't hatched. Buy diatomaceous powder to put on skin for night time. Wash sheets every night. Stay away from sugar. If still having problems get Ivermecetin 1.87% apple flavor from feed store. Take only per your body weight. 12days later another dosage. 7year itch will be done in 2months. Good luck.

Why would suggested washing of clothes and cleaning house rid scabies mites if mites can not live without the blood of the host. would not just leaving a home for 3 to 4 days allow mites to die off? Also, has using apple cider vinegar (with the mother), swapped over infected areas, been tried to kill scabies mites, thereby drying them up? Thank you.

Together, we stand as a united tapestry of humanity, bound by respect, honor, and immense gratitude for the privilege of being here today. We stand resolute against those who seek to tear down our cherished homeland, driven by their malevolent ideologies. In unison, we rise to uphold the legacies of those who laid down their lives, their valor echoing through the annals of time. We rally together, steadfastly refusing to let anyone trample upon the hallowed ground that holds the memories of our ancestors, both here in Australia and across the oceans in Britain, France, Europe, and America. We unite to combat the tyranny that threatens to dismantle our nation and erase their courageous deeds from history. Australia Day, to us, signifies pride-a collective pride that transcends generations. It is a day when we share the stories of our forebears with our children and grandchildren, ensuring that the flame of remembrance burns brightly within our lineage. We stand as a formidable barrier against those who would desecrate these sacred memories, shielding them from the hands of profanity. May evil never befall our great nation, and may our dwelling be forever shielded from plague and harm. Let those who harbor malicious intentions toward us be consumed by their own malevolence, while we remain untouched. Even as we traverse the darkest valleys of adversity, we shall fear no evil, for our unity fortifies us. We will not allow anyone to besmirch our nation or betray the memories of those who came before us. Let it be known that we, proud Australians, stand tall and resolute. May our unwavering patriotism serve as a beacon of hope for future generations, guiding them to cherish and uphold the noble values that define our great land. WE support everyone who are immigrants to this island. All our ancestors migrated from Europe to Australis( the southland). History has not be kind to any of us neither African, British, French, or American or to the new tribes that arose all over this earth. Many of us can be persuaded to believe a history that was not ours but our ancestors and even from 1800s they never knew their previous history. The 20th century children now adults 2023 need to take a step back that every culture has their own way to deal with pain and slavery that was so predominant of Africans to Africans, and Europeans to Europeans- there was slavery everywhere and that is why many migrated to the southland to get away and these memories of what happened in Africa and Europe have filtered down throughout the ages and retained. Many of us were in homes and religion rein hard on our lives African, British, French, or American and we see this displayed In Britian and America, France of children from all different tribes. Pre-history that many have forgotten or even know to give a reason of why they came to southland other than slavery: Bare with me: PLAGUES note DATES: The Great Plague of London, lasting from 1665 to 1666, was the last major epidemic of the bubonic plague to occur in England. It happened within the centuries-long Second Pandemic, a period of intermittent bubonic plague epidemics that originated in Central Asia in 1331, and included related diseases such as pneumonic plague and septicemic plague, which lasted until 1750. -The First Fleet of 11 ships, left Portsmouth in 1787. FRANCE: a period of intermittent bubonic plague epidemics that originated in Central Asia in 1331: The Black Death was present in France between 1347 and 1352. The bubonic plague pandemic, known as the Black Death, reached France by ship from Italy to Marseille in November 1347, spread first through Southern France, and then continued outwards to Northern France. Due to the size of the Kingdom of France, the pandemic lasted for several years, :Bubonic plague hit France in 1720. The First Fleet of 11 ships, left Portsmouth in 1787. *********** Who was the monarch when the First Fleet of 11 ships, left Portsmouth in 1787 and arrived in Australia 1778. └── George III (1760-1820): not Queen Elizabeth 2. Sorry Lidia Thorpe and all those that have abandoned common-sense and reason. "The First Fleet of 11 ships, each one no larger than a Manly ferry, left Portsmouth in 1787 with more than 1480 men, women and children onboard. Although most were British, there were also African, American and French immigrants. After a voyage of three months the First Fleet landed on the islands of CoCo island, Christmas island, Norfolk island and when it started to be overcrowded they came to the mainland and arrived at Botany Bay on 24 January 1788. This was the first European settlement. The term colonization is derived from the Latin words colere ("to cultivate, to till"), colonia ("a landed estate", "a farm") and colonus ("a tiller of the soil", "a farmer"), then by extension "to inhabit". COLONY Meaning: "ancient Roman settlement outside Italy," from Latin colonia "settled land, farm, landed estate,"- There was no invasion just immigrants making a new life in a strange land. A different perspective of history isn't it? ******************************** History of the formation of the Australian colonies: The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 was passed in 1900 and came into effect on 1 January 1901. The colonies became Australian states and the new Australian Parliament was formed. The Australian colonies federated on 1 January 1901 forming the Commonwealth of Australia. We were not under HM Queen Elizabeth 2 who passed away in 2022 not under the King of England, they are ambassadors not rulers. Our ruler is the United States(see below): Since the Whitlam Labor Government Australia has been registered as a Corporation. We have lost our sovereignty. We are no longer subjects of HM Queen Elizabeth the Second. Nor are we a part of the Commonwealth under the Crown. Instead, we have been sold out and we are now dictated to by the United Nations. The political parties, led by the LIB/ALP cartel registered a Corporate Government under a UN ‘CORPORATION REGISTERED NUMBER’ in the USA, using a corporate structure called the “Brigalow Corporation”. Today, our so-called Government is nothing more than the caretaker to sell off all public owned assets such as: Water’ ‘Electricity’ ‘Rail and transport’ ‘Ports and Shipping’ - etc. before UN takeover and the proclamation of the NEW laws which will take effect immediately. If you don’t like it, you’ll get locked up. ALL AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENTS HAVE BECOME A CARETAKER FOR THE UN: THESE ARE THE CORPORATE REGISTRATION NUMBERS: (place later in another comment). In the December 8, 2009 writ the applicants demanded that the executive government of Australia ‘cease all operations that are carried out under the Commonwealth of Australia ABN 122 104 616 and registered with the United States American Securities and Exchange Commission : No. 000 080 5157 and further command them to dissolve their subsidiary companies being; (place later in another comment). more to reveal Recognition and acknowledge.

Malcolm Turnbull is correct the Muslims may want a voice because the Muslims or any other group may want more rights than the rest of Australians. This could also lead to any undesirable group wanting special treatment and at the same time setting a precedent which could be the most dangerous to our society. We should be thankful the voice is poling lower now and has got into 46% with four states poling negatively VOTE NO TO THE VOICE VOTE NO TO APARTHEID

Is it plausible to believe a similar mechanism of competitive inhibition, as seen in steric hindrance of oligomerization (39:19)), may prolong cell survival in RIP1-RIP3 necroptosis inducing pathways (RHIM motif). I'm wondering if Covid-19 infection may involve a similar mechanism to prolong cell survival as a viral survival strategy of immune evasion? Your presentation is fascinating. Thank you!

Manuka honey and Permethrin with Bacitracin ointment mixed at night . Finally 99% gone . Worst thing I ever had . Almost suicide I hope this helps people.

So without the producer’s of Short Chain Fatty Acids some Bacteria we are in big trouble so why does some of our medicines destroy our Gut Health ???? Like Oral Chemotherapy or putting purple die in my Levothyroxine medicine I need to take which destroys the Human Gut ???
