How much horsepower does an M3R-GTS7 have

Pretty basic: I ran firestones on my 1991 Ford Explorer at 36PSI. Did that for years. I had a guy driving an '96 explorer Sport lose a rear tire literally spin a 360 loop coming at me and a buddy in his truck on a 2 lane highway. Tires were under inflated. Dude needed a change of shorts. I've watched a H2 hummer on I-65 pass me going 80-85 MPH and lose a rear tire. Somehow the driver managed to spin 2 times, and come with the rear bumper tapping the median barrier. First thing he did was get out and check his kids. His tires were low on air. Rear tire was lower than the rest and let go. I'm old school...I check my tires on average 1-2 times a month. No different than checking oil and transmission fluids. Too many people just treat a vehicle as an appliance. With that said...I miss my '91 explorer sport. It was a great full frame SUV with decent 4x4 capabilities. That's the kicker. Too many people drove these SUV's like it was a sports car.

Look up Westlake trailer tires. I had five on my new trailer. Two per axle and a spare. Three have had tread separation and failure. A quick search showed tons of RV users calling them "Ticking China Bombs". I bet we don't investigate these...

The tire pressure placard states 26 psi. No way any vehicle, especially that size can run less than 32 psi. That's why the tires were blowing up, especially in parts that had high speed limits. Low pressure plus heat=bad things happen. Even my '83 f-150 for example. Original tires were p235/75r15. Same as a s10 blazer. For the "factory" tires, you must subtract 9% of the actual gvwr to avoid overloading the tire. My friend's 2007 f150 is realistically a light duty 3/4 ton based on the 6600 gvwr. That truck should run D range tires. A same MY f-150 with the 7700 runs E range tires from the factory. Moral of the story, is common sense over what the owners manual says.

My dad had an Eddie Bauer edition explorer and Ford refused to recall the tires, so he just sold it back to the dealership and went with a gmc.

I have just (unavoidably) parted ways with my 1991 JZS147 30-V Pearl white over brushed stainless.. with (Tom's/RAYS Cabala wheels). That thing was a pure unadulterated weapon!

The Supra is still admired and sought after. I own a 1986 Supra. I drive it every week. I get offers to buy it almost daily. It is not for sale, however. But if it were, it would sell quickly.

Stock 7MGTE bottom end is good for 500hp+ with a standalone. Personally, I wouldn't bother building a 7M for high HP. Too many nuances. Just buy a 2JZGE VVTI and go forged. This comes from someone who runs a 7MGTE. It's a great street engine, but it's not people's first choice.

Mk 3 means "Mark 3" Supra.

Most of the W124s shown in this video aren't even real Hammers. It was never known as the Mercedes Benz Hammer. It had always been the AMG Hammer, and no, it was never a collaboration with Mercedes Benz.

The MK2 set the bar pretty high, the MK3 fell short on several performance features. In my opinion, the MK2 is more of a forgotten legend than the MK3, that car won competitions.

Ive owned mine since 95' and in the family since 91' 87' all options but leather. Even has super computer and gold window package from factory. Always babied with original head gasket. Near mint condition with all OEM parts. It has been super expensive to maintain though. Be prepared for that if you buy one and challenges in getting parts such as parts to rebuild OEM brake calipers.

I loved my p type supra , till i got rid due to engine problems from last person who owned the vehichle. Had snap out on me when going around a round about , typical, but fun . I loved the car , mine was red with grey trim . Pop up headlights where cool , i also owned a mr2 around the same time. 1986 model. Ive always love Toyota sports cars . Owned 2 mr2 ,4 celicas,1 supra. I prefer the 80s cars. Wasnt fast but there great to drive and give alot of feel for the driver. Now i drive a boring honda civic 😢😢 . Ill probably end up buying a gt86 next , but would prefer a 79 celica gt or fastback. Great to see you do the supgra the justice it deserves.

I’m a Benz AMG guy. But this has always been my favorite Supra. I know everyone likes the next gen. But that jelly bean styling never did it for me. This one always had “the look”. Just a great looking car. Long live the Mark 3 Soup!!

I got a 1991 Toyota Celica ST coupe 4AFE with a 5-speed manual transmission I'm working on the only problem I have is I got to either rebuild or replace the transmission

This mk2 was my very first car back in the mid 90s when I got my drivers license. I owned 2 of these and this was the gateway towards my passion for the Supra. It is truly a shame thatToyota turned its back on us purists and decide to have BMW make a BMW Supra.
