I have several hundred Converse sneakers (Chucks, Jack Purcell, Skid Grip, One Deck, One Star, etc.). My oldest pair of Chucks dates to 1950 and is in good condition. My favorite sneaker pair is the Men's Keds Surfer (CVO and slip-on) flat gum sole sneaker manufactured from 1966 to 1972.
