I literally just contacted them regarding the nodes corroding! I haven't heard back yet from them. And I never used the problem solver treatment either.

I thought I'm the only one who has problem with the Ziips nodes. Mine is corroded too and I have never used the problem solver program. I think they don't want to admit that the problem is with the product itself and try to put the blame on the users.
