I put puck lights in the cupboards where my spices are. I attached one underneath the second shelf. It’s got a little push button in the front, and makes a huge difference seeing what I have in there. As for height, I’m just under 5’ tall. I have a fold up step-stool I found at TJ MAXX for about $10. They have two heights, but the taller one is a bit much for me. I’ve also used my step-stool as a seat when I’m dealing with any lower cabinets for more than a couple of mins (like cleaning them out).

You can usually adjust the shelf heights in most cabinets. If you can, lower the shelves so they are at the right height for you to be able to access them. Also, I have the same containers that you purchased and I love them!

I use compression cubes for my clean clothes and a vacuum bag (one that doesn’t require a vacuum hose) for my dirty laundry. This not only ensures my clothes won’t be excessively wrinkled, but also gives me more room in my luggage for souvenirs on my return trip home. For an airplane “personal bag” be sure to get one that zips up. These bags almost always have to be laid on their side to fit under the seat in front of you. Items slip out and are lost before your realize.

Vacuum sealed bags look like they go a long way, I'm definitely going to try using some on my next trip. They really seem like an incredible way to save space, where did you get yours?
