After testing Hydrofoil with 20hp, I suggest to adjust your motor by elevating it, hydrofoil will not add much improvement if height of the motor is accurate; Installing this hydrofoil will lower your top speed and create more drag.

I always tilt my engine when moving the boat on land. Always. People! Please note how this guy has consideration for other people by initially mooring a lot further down the jetty, to keep out of the way of others. 👍 Love that extended tiller!

Thanks gonna ask my bf to watch this but I drove over a pot hole yesterday and after it started making noise. Bad enough that the fan in the car doesn’t work bc when I turn it on it makes a crazy sound. It almost sounds like it wants to explode so can’t use the ac this summer . Hey you are not supposed to run these new motors through that port. That port is to flush with engine off only. You’re absolutely destroying your water pump I promise

Transported 20HP efi, as usual, except that this time I tilted propeller slightly while it was laying on its proper side trying to make space of the trunk, what happened was that when I launched, motor wouldn't start with electrical push start, so I tried manually pull it and it locked up completely, long story short, cylinders got flodded when that propeller was slightly elevated, so I unscrewed spark plugs, drained oil, clean spark plugs, manual start got unlocked right away, and started with no issues with electric start. You can see after effect of all the oil smoking.

Could be your breaker is it 15 or 20 amp? You need 20. And old breakers trip easier. Replace it and you'll be safer and your machine should work proper. Just ramblings of an old man. Lol God bless y'all.

Driveshaft bolts are not torque that much so this is not a good test for this tool.

Great video thanks for posting this. I have the same Trifield and wanted to test a tesla. Looks like there is shielding on the front seats which is good. I wonder how other cars like Porsche, Hyundai, Toyota, etc compare. When i tested a model 3, i was gunning it, and i swear my whole body had a weird feeling afterwards. That is when i suspected it was high emf , possibly under strong acceleration.

You don't have to answer their questions, that agent was from fish and wildlife. they just collect data to use to limit your ability to fish. They assume a certain amount of rockfish die even if you safely release them and can close and limit future seasons based on this data they collect. especially if you tell them you caught something that was actually another species of rockfish and released it that are hard to tell apart. once a certain number of certain species of rockfish are released (like quillback, cowcod or yelloweye) they can emergency close a season and create depth restrictions because they assuse a certain percentage die even if they are safely descended or released.

You 100% don’t have to unscrew everything like this. You unhook the negative and positive terminals and the whole computer comes right off and sits on the turbo, same with the back computer. 10 min and done.

I appreciate the effort you are putting in, its just that you need a camera/phone stabilizer so the video doesn't jump and try to hold each scene for a few seconds longer, so the viewer has time to focus on what you are doing. If you can, mount the camera on your boat somewhere and that will steady it even more. You just need to "smooooooooth" everything out more.
