Personally I like the fact that everyone has already written Florida off!! Even our own fans have ! This team is going to be a lot better regardless of the schedule!!! The defense will be better and that’s the most important issue for this team!!

8 win season is realistic. Easier schedule, significant seniors return, better qb, B1G RB, Improved OL, upgraded recruits, consistent DC/OC.

As a Gator fan I don't see how they win more than 5 games. They have the most brutal schedule and have yet to prove they can play smart fundamental football. They always shoot themselves in the foot. I see them losing the last 5 games of the season again and Napier will get canned.

Alan Tisdale is out of eligibility but they brought in Sam Brumfield from the portal who is a true Mike backer. Overall great assessment of the team though.. Tech should be 4 - 0 going to Miami who as well should be 4 - 0 and Tech will surprise Miami in a upset at home...GO HOKIES

I see no way TCU takes an L at Cincy or Baylor. I think they win those two games and finish with 9 wins. They have the most or one of the most talented rosters. The new defensive coordinator is going to pay big dividends and they already had a top 20 offense.

The biggest additions are getting linebackers back from injury. Lathan played 4 games and Trotter didn’t play any both will start and be top notch in the Big12. I don’t think Bausley will start, but he will play a lot, they will have a 6OL package and he will rotate in the starting 5. I think Crandall is the future, Garnes and Hollis will start and Tarnue is going to play a lot also. Joseph was a good pick up at safety also. They also signed a top JuCo TE to add depth behind Taylor.

You need to do your homework on other teams. I understand this is a fan channel, but West Virginia lost by 2 TDs to OSU on your own home turf. You play at Boone Pickens stadium against the team that dominated you last year. You call OSU one dimensional without realizing OSU passed the ball more times than they ran it last year and had a qb with 3,400 yards. OSU didn't need to do anything other than run the ball considering Ollie Gordon had 282 rushing yards. How do you think West Virginia is going to stop him when they couldn't slow him down last year? Also, Bray was our 4th leading receiver in yards, and that's because Stribling got hurt. He left to get more playing time. I would be surprised if West Virginia did better than 8-4. You're not that good.

born and raised in NewJersey been rooting for rutgers and attending game since my childhood we have couple bad season stiill believe we can improve and be a better team believe next season will be better 9-3 or 8-4 next season lose to ucla usc msu or Nebraska we known for stuggling agaianst big team way before we join the btn still think we can do better in the future also known for being good at every sport expect football which sadly the reason why we get mock by other schools and media

Rutgers will win anywhere from 8-10 games this year, all depending on theor qb play with Athan Kaliakmanis.Have 2 very good qbs that will be future stars in Ajani Sheppard and AJ Surace....the Scarlet Knights are no joke and will be the surprise on CFB this fall.

Feels like there’s a lot of positive talk early on, followed by a lowball win/loss estimate of 7-5. A lot of other pundits putting that as the Rutgers floor. It feels incongruent to talk about an improved team and implicitly suggest they’re going to underperform.

Rutgers was 7-6 last year with the 4th toughest schedule in the country and a completely inept passing game. QB switch, upgrades in receiving Corps, returning talent, and what is considered one of the easiest BIG schedules, watch out for Rutgers!

This guy is very unfamiliar with the discipline and culture that’s been built at Rutgers. This is a developmental program filled with former NFL coaches. They hit last year with the least accurate QB in cfb with the hardest schedule in the conference. Now they can get average QB play with the easiest schedule and improved returners. And you think only 1 more win in the season? Idk if Virginia tech is paying you or what but you aren’t reading the data properly

Respectfully, Scooby was not a big loss. Bruh was clueless w/o Shemar on the field. Jaydon Hill was good, not great. McClellan was unfortunate but Joey Slackman and emergence of Lyons and Kelby moving inside more than handles that. Princely hurt but getting replaced with talented depth and Justus Boone. Much like ETN leaving and UF still holding a bolstered RB room, Defense didn’t take the hit people think they did.

Rutgers is not overachieving. They are one of the largest universities in country. They were underachieving. There is no reason this program is not one of the top in country based on geography and what university offers students.

billy was gauranteed 4+ years for his rebuild, he said he needed at least 4, he does not get fired this year unless there are some extreme circumstances like a 2 win season or some other crazy stuff, 5 wins is were vegas has us winning so he wont get fired for doing what vegas says the talent on the team can do, next year though with lagway will definitely be his make or break yesr 100% it would just stupid to fire him this year unless theres a crazy circumstance, hes built for the future, not the present we gotta let him have next year
