Right, it was bothering me too. I'd shot this with Filmic Pro and thought I had turned off the stabilizer. I will need to check this again.
forget trying to have an answer through software. The jittering will be present in Movi, Dji Osmo mobile or Zhyiun gimbals, etc. The iphone OIS is a mechanic action which can`t be cancelled by software. Actually (May, 2018) the answer is to use a tiny powerfull magnet on the opposite side of the lens phone (yes, on the corner of the screen). This will block the OIS. Mabe on future iphone generations this might change giving us the chance to block the ois without the need for tricks...
