Love it❤❤
I love this old gear. Have done since I was a kid. I remember being taken to a firefighters museum and seeing all their old fire engines that they used and in the past and how they progressively got better over the years throughout the progression of the industrial era. Some of the machines looked much like the tractors. I loved looking at this stuff ever since then.
Do you run her with both pins in on the road?
Yes mate. There’s no brakes whatsoever, not worth the risk. They go round any corner we have come across with two in. Unlike my roller 😂
Which year is this
Hi the roller is 1932.
Promo>SM 💔

I operated Sandringham engine for 9 months during this operation. Fantastic !
Amazing they got anything done in those days. You spent have the day getting the machinery running. I have Wilesco model steam roller and I steamed it for family. Now I can show them the real one it was modeled after. Thank you for keeping these beautiful machine alive.
They would get up early to light the engines and worked late

This is amazing to see James on youtube, my father was a Very good friend of James, we spent many a holiday doing just this at various locations around the United Kingdom,. My father will be amazed to see these videos. Many thanks for posting these now distant memories online.
proper steam at work! Fantastic
Thank you
Something I have always wanted to see!
Brilliant.
Its a rare treat to see a video of a Fowler Motor Ploughing Engine! I watched a pair working in Norfolk in the 1950s - the two that used to belong to Day's of Metfield, were taken by train from Harleston to Lincolnshire, and were finally sold in dilapidated condition at Wragby around 1990.
