Had to do this for a friend, luckily I was able to machine my own tools like you did. Exact same down to the map gas and the impact and if that’s a matco impact like it appears to be then we’re even down to the same brand of tools. Don’t do it for someone you don’t know, my buddy was ready to buy a new gun because a tube was stuck in his A5, so it was a “if it gets messed up or broken that’s fine” kinda thing

This is a goud method. And I see it working on 99% of stuck tubes. But theres always one that is galled, that will destroy the barrel before it will turn...

Would you recommend anti-seize? On the threads after cleaning?

How do you clean up a horrible dirty Barrel that's got lots of burnt plastic hulls on this end and burnt gun powder on the other end ...used a barrel brush ...still didn't budge it ...soaked a rag in various solvents ...stuff rag in barrel let it soak for a day...still didn't clean up...was a used purchase . .as is ..

I greased my choke tube, put 100 rounds through the gun and it's seized tight. Brand new.
