the most devastating version is june 21 1977 in l.a...bonham just crushes the whole song playing some of his best licks ever.is 30 minutes long of jamming and features john paul jones playing an amazing solo piano,with tastes of flamenco,classical,blues,rock n roll and even the stone's paint it black¡¡

This is their best version, in my opinion. Even after Ginger's clam at 2:26. Kick ass all the way!

Sorry. I still remember hearing the original for the first time. Pre release copy. We all looked at one another with a quizzical WTF look as it grew on us

This is Jimmy's best solo, no doubt, but what a lot of people don't know, was that a lot of the guitar work was re-recorded by Jimmy back in a studio of the UK, for this album, because there were a lot of mistakes in his playing and the quality wasn't all that great from the recorded live concert.

I 1st Heard this Version on 8 Track Tap (my Mom got me Tape- she KNEW I would want it- i Saw Cream June 1968 in Vancouver BC) I Bought Wheels of Fire 2 Record Album, and Played the Piss outcof it. I Bought the 2 CD Set ( Pressed in Germany) and it still gives me chills. These 3 VERY Talented Musicians may of had Tensions, but when they were on Stage, OMG, they were SO GOOD!
