Bad manaement make bad attitudes (employees). Many great employees evolve to mangement's term of (bad, attitudinal) employees. Employees that were great with gret attitudes are pushed into employees with "bad" attitutes. Empoyees who speak up are often labeled "bad" employees. So, often it taeks two to tango and all managment is not necessarily good management.
