I’ve watched a few videos now and it’s somewhat confusing because sometimes the dancers dance differently. Some don’t dip their partners and some do…it’s fun to watch though!!

I just watched the number Alexis did with CJ a few years ago, before I clicked on this one. Now I know there are parts of the country where an interracial couple dancing would even today be considered controversial. But those two beautiful young kids, with Alexis' hair pinned up in a bun like a ballet dancer, looked SO CLASSY and had such impeccable technique, all I could think about was what beautiful, magnificent dancers they were and how well they made one another look, how skilled, how professional they looked, as they danced together. What a magnificent artistic performance!
