Fallout 3s issue is that Bethesda tries to throw you into an emotional relationship as fast as possible. I never really cared about the father really. I only knew him for a few minutes and he was boring af. Also, back then Bethesda said that Fallout 3 had to have tons of endings. But in the end we just got one ending pretty much. And that ending is horrible. On the other hand, in Fallout NV we got a short video intro about Benny and I seriously cared about that story much more than Fallout 3. Keep in mind that it was just a short intro. Fallout 3 setting sucks.

While overall I think FNV is an overall more enjoyable gaming experience, I have to give you the argument about the lack of dungeons, and the expectations that the Bison Steve and REPPCON HQ set. Like most players, on my first play through of FNV I went this Chomps’ suggested route after getting decked by a deathclaw. Heading south to Primm, I encountered powder gangers AND legionaries, then went into primm to be faced with a dungeon. Once I was bored with Primm, I quickly acquired the REPPCON HQ quest, where I was faced with Nightkin. So immediately I was faced with 2 different somewhat difficult dungeons. This made me think that heading to Vegas soon would be a TERRIBLE idea, as if I had trouble with these early game dungeons, what would *vegas* be like? Then I FINALLY make it to new Vegas and it’s a clean, practically ZERO-risk place. After that, there are no real dungeons. I went into that Lake Lurk cave waiting for some crazy final boss, only to be supremely disappointed. FNV sets your expectations for Dungeons, then leaves you with only 2. Fallout 3 just has too man dungeons in my opinion. If they remastered FNV adding some dungeons it would be the ultimate Fallout to me

33:12 to be fair to the devs, the DC metro tunnels look nearly identical IRL. Tunnels built mostly in the 1970s/80s with domed, pre-fab concrete ceilings, lit by a series of upturned lights buried in the floor. If they didn’t have signs, there would be very little to tell them apart from each other.

God, Jon was so stupid about not keeping cities building everything they can. Everything here is synergistic, all the money exchanges for instance let you make new merchants which bring in money, which builds order buildings, which lets you tax, etc, etc…

when i finished the game, i climbed to my home with a sword in my mouth (you can find a sword in one of the trashcans) and during the ending cutscene, i still had my sword in my mouth! also you missed a friend during your climb, the beetle, you didn't finish dealing with him, try to climb more roofs!

Day 119 of requesting Age of Mythology - a full playthrough if possible. Dogs are more omnivorous than cats, so Ted shouldn't get the nutrients he needs from cat food. He's not just stealing food from his siblings, he's not even getting anything out of it!

Yeah, Vigoro is the single member of the Valuan Armada that we see that I actively want dead in the specific. The others it's either obvious they are BBEG/The Dragon (think Darth Vader to Palpatine's BBEG in the original Star Wars trilogy) material, are humorous, or seem mostly reasonable just on the wrong side.
