u dont need to build that many railways and AA, railways dont do much. you get supplies by hubs and connect them to your capital(or an existing railway) with another railway

Bro ive seen ur videos and in all of them u have free millitary factories whats the point in not using them bro? also, as germany u cant just deploy ur whole army before a war bro.,. u have focuses strong focuses that require certain manpower on the field (like fate of czechslovakia, fate of yugoslavia, etc) that makes you OP as hell if you run to them.

Some tips for future gameplay (from somebody with over 2100 hours of experience): 1: When making a big decision to back a country in a war, always check who that countries enemy's and ally's are, and also who that country is guaranteed by. For example- Yugoslavia starts off guarantee's by France, Romania, and Czechoslovakia, which means that if you declare war on Yugoslavia, all those nations guaranteeing Yugoslavia will also go to war with you. Hence with Romania during the Transylvania situation, when you back Hungary in their claims, you not only went to war with Romania, but also Czechoslovakia due to guarantee's. (Also if your forming the HRE, Czechoslovakia would be a prime target as Bohemia was a CenterPoint in the HRE) 2: Buildings: max AA is extremely unnecessary for a major country like Germany, especially when putting it everywhere in your country. Not only would it take an extremely long time to finish, but it would also be inefficient, as Germany has a strong enough industry to cover a front with fighters to intercept bombers, and enemy bombers wouldn't even reach every state. Also, you don't need to build railways to the extent that you build them in, if a province is light blue, it has more than enough supply. Instead, build railways focus on your purple/red points which either has a partially filled stockpile or very small one. Instead, for Germany, I would focus on Air Bases, Synthetic Refineries, Infrastructure, and Fuel Silo's, and the Refineries give you both oil and rubber (which Germany practically has none of), and fuel silo's allow you to withstand a long war without trading for any oil since you have a large built up stockpile. Infrastructure allows your units to not only move faster and make building faster, but increases the resources in that state to allow you to trade, or produce more weapons. 3: Army: For your army groups, make sure that your divisions are trained to the next level (up to experienced) so that your divisions have the max starting strength *when* they enter into a war. You'll know when they reach this point when they have a silver emblem by the training level of the division. You can shift-click the exercise button on the bottom to only train up to that level then stop exercising, or just click it normally to keep them training (although not gaining any division experience) to allow you to earn a small amount of ticking army XP during peace time. Last thing- make sure that your navy is in as few groups as possible, as you don't need to worry about covering multiple sea's as you can select one group to multiple sea's. You can also exercise your navy for the same outcome as your army. Let me know if you have any questions :]

Hello! If you don't mind them, here are some lighthearted tips you can consider from someone who's dumped so many hours into this game: Also sorry if any of these tips don't entirely apply. I have most of the DLCs, so I don't know what you do or don't have. 1. There's no need to build extra railroads as Germany. So long as your supply hubs are connected to your capital, you will get supply in the areas around those supply hubs. If you have supply issues, the three best ways to increase supply are to upgrade an existing railroad to level 5 going from that supply hub to your capital, motorize your logistics, and to get a logistics company for your tanks / supply consuming divisions. 2. Focus on industry first! Getting your industry and electronics out of the way immediately helps you in the long run. 3. Don't delete your starting navy ships in the production menu! Set them all to 1 and let them finish on their own. They all have several weeks of production already done on them for free! 4. Heavy tanks seem cool and fun to use, but focus on getting medium tanks as fast as possible! There are several focuses that give research bonuses to medium tank chassis. They are Germany's best friend. 5. Don't trade with countries unless you have a deficit of resources! Micromanaging your civilian factories help your construction projects finish much faster. 6. When creating your armies and selecting your generals, don't forget to give them all a field marshal! Field marshal stats apply to every single general underneath them. You can also give one frontline order with a field marshal 7. There's no real need to give your airforce so many missions! The only two airplanes you really need are fighters and close air support. Strategic destruction is very underpowered. That's all for now, I don't want to overload you with too much information!
