Australian Rv builder and flyer here. That was a delight. So interesting to see mix of industry and suburbs rivers and towns. Just awesome mate! So many big rivers. Wow. So different to my location. Must do another USA road trip! Been trying to follow on google earth. Love those colours. Thank you. Rv’s rock.

This is great!! What is your average airspeed and altitude in this video? Beautiful scenery and Plane!
Thank you! Altitude really varies with terrain but minimums are 500' . The RV is a 200 mph airplane that can slow down to 48 mph for landing. The camera has a wide angle lens that allows zooming in/out on spots to bring the target closer./further in post processing.
How did you arachnid the selfie stick to the wing?
I bent aluminum to make angle iron brackets and screwed them into the already existing screw holes under the wing. Also modified a 30" round aluminum stick with a screw head to attach the camera mount. You can see the angle iron pieces sticking down under the left wing but can't see the selfie stick or camera because they are invisible when filming. Thanks for watching!

Thank you for those nice comments Mark and yes I built the RV 4 and finished it in 1997. I spent 10 years building it and received Oshkosh Kit Built Champion with it in 1997. Great video but the X2 can film at 4K 50 FPS or 5.7K at 30 FPS, 4 to 5 times better resolution than the 1080.
If you know how to get around CZcams‘s dumbing down to 1080, let me know!
@@patcarrwvbackyardbullet I have never had CZcams lower my resolution. I Googled it too, I didn't see any complaints. Could it be you aren't exporting in the full resolution? The default is 1080 in the Insta360 Studio 2022 desktop app. You set it after you click export, it isn't a pull down menu, you must enter the resolution. Look at the final file properties on your PC once you have finished the edit for 4K it would be width 3840 X hight 2160 , 5K width 5700 X hight 3206 (your final number could be different by a small amount) Also increase the bit rate to around 120 for a sharper picture. If you do it all on your phone, I'm sure the parameters are there, not sure where.
@@kevinwillard4443 Thanks for the information. I'm new to 360 editing and posting videos so I'll definitely check the export properties. I don't process on the phone, it is all from the PC. I appreciate your tips - is there a way to replace this video on CZcams with one that is better processed without losing this post? Not sure how YT works either.🤔
@@patcarrwvbackyardbullet You can not replace the video. You have to repost, leave your old one up too. I made a video on how to export in the best quality. You should be able to open your original video, it should remember your editing, so all you need to do is export with the new settings. czcams.com/video/boclj6B1PDk/video.html
