A friends motor failed on him, so he headed back on his kicker. Winds came up sudden and strong, that's when his kicker failed. No one was on the water to help and we ended up beached. Fortunately the tide was coming in so he was able to float again before I got there for the tow. Vessel Assist originally said they'd be an hour to get to him, then canceled due to danger conditions. Love fishing here, not only do we catch big Halibut, Salmon, Crab and Shrimp, but you never know what you're gonna see! Dolphins, Orcas, Humpback whales, Navy war ships or a rare sighting of a submarine.
