This is my first logo reconstruction. CLG Wiki says that American Egale Video was a Canadian public domain DVD distributor that brought limited copies of Plan 9 From Outer Space. Seeing their logo, it is been obvious that someone just used WMM of PowerPoint for their logo animation.
