If anyone wants a little overview, using physical contact with himself or other items/beings, he is able to project/manipulate a kinetic field around the target, granting the pwrson the ability to fly/levitate, and small barrier similar to intermediate invulnerability, and with other items, a sort of superstrengh which is kinda different in that if someone was laying pwefectly horizontal and he were to touch them with a finger, he could lift them up while keeping them in the same position oe change it. And with limits its not too op, like limit to size unless trained, minimal spreading through objects, etc.. just an idea ofc
