I had the same frustration about time blocking as you. Then I watched another YT saying as long as it gets done that day, she overlooks the order she time blocked and focused instead of getting it done that day....good advice I felt.

i find that the journal has to suit your use or other wise you wont use it

i like the idea of doing the grid as 'colouring in' the background without actually filling it in, ty

Hi Guys! I am so happy to see you in the comment's section. Well, i didint expected to talk about that deep topics in this video, but i just felt like it and decided to "go with the flow". What do you think about the labguage learning or any skill that you feel losing?

Any language or knowledge is use it or lose it, you will always pick it up again with practice. I don't use or do my journalling in the most frequently seen way either, I do montly calendar, trackers that I use (savings, health, sleep), it just doesn't suit me to do the 'set' way and the rest is actual journal writing of my days
