Last time I went downtown by the park, it was a homeless camp every other block. Half the stores were closed down. I felt safer in downtown LA. Sad. But Old Town San Diego still looks the same. All businesses were open. The restaurants were not as good but still a nice environment.

Wish the team was as good as the new park area ... And did you talk about the homeless infested elevator that's so nasty that I opt not to use the bridge. Nasty! Cover it all sir... ha-ha

I miss San Diego. I will have to get back there later this year. The last time I was in town, I stayed at The Omni Hotel, which is right next to the stadium!

I went to Serra in Tierrasanta which has the same campus as Mira Mesa High except their colors are brown and yellow instead of blue. I heard that the two school's colors were originally supposed to be the other way around!

I am moving back to SD soon from Cambodia and will have a baby so I watch your videos every day to get an idea of what things are like and what restaurants are around now. I was wondering - in San Diego now are there any hotels w offers where you can order drinks and food and use the hotel pool for free or maybe pay a flat rate? I believe the Lafayette used to do this.
