If it ain't funky it ain't Finzy? A channel for completely random fighting game stuffs, gameplay vids and mods. Including my own self made mods and maps for Serious Sam! I'm trying to get back to video making so will probably redesign stuff in the future. For now I'm mostly uploading replays and things I happen to like, or showcase my own modding projects. Fighting games wise, I used to play Soul Calibur VI quite a bit, nowadays I mostly play Granblue Versus Rising as my main game with some others on the side (I may not be totally amazing, but trying to learn). Thanks for taking an interest in any of my content! :p

Online CTR with the v1015 patch from June 28th with working items this time around! Lotsa close calls on Dingo Canyon there :p There's still some random crashes, but overall it's amazing that items actually work.

Probably about the best I can do on Papu's Pyramid minus failing the shortcut hop on the last lap so far. Servers were so full it was kinda hard to find more races sometimes, skip ahead in the video to the other tracks. You can find the mod here; www.online-ctr.com

Some more races I recorded from Online CTR (great fan netplay mod for PS1 CTR on PC) after I got a bit better at maintaining reserves (but I'm still learning :p). Not much to say, great races, although how did I lose 1st on Oxide Station all of a sudden at the end of the last lap? Playing OnlineCTR, the crazy good multiplayer netplay mod for PS1 CTR on PC. Naturally I had to pick Cortex for Cortex Castle. Coming from Nitro Fueled, it definitely took some time to get used to the different mechanics, but I'm starting to learn reserve management in more difficult tracks now. Messed up in some turns here but mostly had a pretty good run. Sorry for the latter part of the vide...

Recorded my latest replays from the top of S1 to the qualifier matches for S . Some veeery scrambly feeling matches there for sure but hey, eventually made it to S ! I can see I was dropping combos from nerves every now and then so can still work on dealing with pressure.

It says FSR in the corner but it's disabled (resolution scaling is set to 100% in options). System specs (Rog Strix Scar 18 2023 laptop): i9-13980HX 32 GB RAM 4090 RTX 16 GB Windows 11 Pro Without recording I got a score of 11818 on the first run and a 9.756 sec loading time. Recording at the same time brought it to 11411 and 10.177 sec seen in the video. I wish they'd at least added proper DPI...

Some casual matches I recorded from the Vane patch day. Still stuck in the S ranks (close to S2 atm) but keeping up the training. I think I do alright combos and execution wise at least, if I could just keep this kind of performance for every match :p Also featuring the Shadowverse DLC partner Arisa.

More absolutely glitch free adventures with my party consisting of the greatest pawn you could possibly ask for, Todd Howard himself. Sadly I had to part ways with him later on, but if I come across him again at a higher level I'd take him back. Also where did that monster go that I just fought?

Hey, been taking a break from the mod for now since the items and 60 fps support was taken off. But I'll check back when there's an update that adds either of those back. Personally I really liked running the mod at 60 fps so it's a shame it's gone, hopefully they'll be able to patch it back eventually, or add it with the pc port. Same goes for the items.
Please can you show me or us on how to connect with other players online?

Pura and Polar are great in "turn", Dingodile and Tiny Tiger are great for straight track without turbo, N Gin and Coco are great for jump, Crash and Cortex are equal in every abilities, cmiw

How do you play with working items? I only see that the items are bombs and they do not work.
They took it away in the new builds unfortunately, they're still working on fixing issues with it. I'd hope that they come back though

Well the possibility is not zero, but this project took effort and 5 years of research into the game. Other games would be different in terms of scope and feasibility.

I haven't played CTR in years... How was the guy in first so far ahead in the first race? It looked like he was doing a skip near the finish line at a different spot than you.
I think there's some skips in Papu's Pyramid that I haven't tried yet, I mostly only have some experience from NF before

Right now, they’re still working to get items working against other players. However, I can see them creating a itemless race mode seeing as we never got it with NF.
