[ATPM manual control] Alstom R151 arriving Boon Lay station in Heavy Rain
827/828 Run Number 312
Rare ATPM mode used in heavy rain as typically automatic mode are being used in most condition, even during normal rain.
ATPM = Automatic Train Protection Manual
ATPM is a manual mode used under CBTC signalling system - which has no automatic input from the system and train captain has to control the movement of the train instead, while still maintaining communication with the main system for safety protection. (It will only take over manual control if the train safety is comprised - e.g. Approaching too close to the front train) Hence, the train might approach the station in a slower/more cautious manner (depending on the skill of the TC).
The rain only lasted for a short while - less than 15 minutes lol

How many Platform "B" in these three interchanges...
For Marina Bay station, officially only one of them on the North South Line platform are classified as Platform ‘B’. The two newer lines (circle line and Thomson-East Coast Line) have their platform labelled in continuation accordingly. North South Line -to Jurong East > Platform A -to Marina South Pier > Platform B Circle Line -to Harbourfront (on west side) > Platform C -to Harbourfront (on east side) > Platform D Thomson-East Coast Line -to Gardens by the Bay > Platform E -to Woodlands North > Platform F Previously before TEL side was opened in 2022, the Circle Line platform was also labelled as A/B together with NSL
