Hold up a minute folks, we're missing some of the facts. In addition to the LGBTQ+ friendly books that were tossed, there are reports that some religious materials, including bibles, were also thrown out. Who knows what other books were in that mess because all the press cares about is that LGBTQ+ and gender studies books were among materials trashed. I might not agree with certain topics being included in school libraries, but outright throwing the books away is just wasteful.
