Hey, where do I get the parts, I have a simmilar problem on my aprilia sx50 D50B0 engine

What are the filler gauge values of intake and exhaust for this engine

Nagyon szar dolog.....aki kitalálta annak kéne javítani...

Az a bizonyos "másik" tömítés valószínűleg a "thermoblock" belső tömítése. Az én gépem is hasonló csöpögést produkál. Többször szétszedtem, megtisztisztogattam a lerakódásoktól, de hiába. Szrenencsére, nekem nem tört le egyik fül sem. Valószínűleg az a gumi (bár nem látszik rajta) elöregedett. És nincs neki cikkszáma, csak a komplett "thermoblock"-ot lehet rendelni. Ennek ára jelenleg (2023 Február) 28.800 Ft. Csak pár forinttal többért adnak agy zsír új gépet. A gumitömítés egy filléres holmi, de gyárit sehol nem találtam. Az ért még tszek majd egy próbát valami hő és nyomástűró o-gyűrűvel. Ha jól mértem, 32mm x 3mm méretű kell. Még azt a 2-300 Ft összeget rászánom, de ha azzal sem lesz jó, nálam is új gép lesz a megoldás.

I think i had this problem to, when i kicked down my kickstarter it stuck half way like your and then i could get it back up.

The sensor probably is reading little wrong or the gauge has some faulty data. I dont hear the engine on load when that happens so, I doubt it is serious. Take very good care of the car and do preventive maintenance. I assume this is a manual car and not an automatic?

It's the clutch axle which was in your way. That's why you were not able to put the lid back on.

I think I need to take my intake manifold out to clean EGR passages, looks a bit scary but maybe with the help of your videos I can do it... Was the metal manifold gasket already in place because I didn't notice you installing it?

Hello, felszetelés után derült ki, hogy a hegesztés nem tökéletes, ereszt, így leszereltem, nincs az autón. Azóta megcsináltattam, most tavasszal fogom visszarakni, akkor majd készül újabb videó. Igyekszem a kamerát is ügyesebben kezelni és végre vágott, feliratos vagy kommentes videót felrakni :)

Alapvetően jó az elgondolás. Néhány észrevétel: Sokat segítene, ha elmondanád vagy feliratban leírnád, hogy mit is csinálsz éppen. Melyik alkatrészt, csavart teszed most vissza. Később akár elég lenne csak a főbb mozzanatokat (pl. egy csavar meghúzását nem kell végig mutatni, elég csak az, hogy hol, melyik csavart, mennyire kell meghúzni) levideózni. Illetve a kamera sokszor nem mutatja azt, amit csinálsz. Amúgy csak így tovább! Jó lenne minél több ilyen videót látni.

i'm guessing if both are 5 door models, they share some parts, but JDM cars can be really strange. I suggest you pop this question on epcivic.com :)
