Hello fellow trophy hunters! Just wanted to chime in and say this playlist/guide is indeed functional and will help you get the platinum trophy if you follow the videos accordingly! With that being said, I would like to make some suggestions to clarify some issues I had with the guide as well as advice you on what to do to save time. I got the plat in about 10 hours on my PS5 (while playing the PS4 version since the PS5 version isn’t out yet). Here’s my advice in chronological order: 1. In the event you accidentally pick the wrong dialogue or fail a QTE, mash the PS Button on your controller and exit to XMB. If you resume your playthrough again after reopening the game, it should put you right before where you messed up. 2. If the BONUS CHAPTER shows up at 52:30 on Episode 2, don't worry. Nothing in this Bonus chapter affects trophies. Just keep following the guide. 3. In Episode 4, it appears as though the uploader misses a totem at 12:07. This started a frenzy in the comment section. The uploader, however, picks up this totem in a later episode, so don’t stress about it and keep following the guide as curated! (It also makes sense to pick up the totem later rather than sooner, since it hints at something that happens much later during the game) You can pick it up ASAP if you wish by following the episode up to 12:07, making a right turn before you enter the building and can find the totem in the snow. 4. Episode 5 is rather important as it will provide you with the opportunity to earn TWO MISSABLE trophies that will pop at the end of the episode. I’d advise you GO AGAINST what the uploader did in this episode by selecting to amputate Mike’s fingers after interacting with the moving hand at 13:39 to pop the “Scream Too!” trophy. And at 43:03, be sure to select the choice ‘Throw Vase’ at the Psycho so you can pop the trophy “The Psycho Path”. I can confirm, making these changes WON’T affect anything in the later episode so you may as well go ahead and pop these trophies now and save yourself having to replay episode 5 again as well as the 12th video of this playlist. 5. Episode 6 is mass pandemonium in the comment section due to Sam’s Bracelet showing up in the uploader’s video. Sam’s Bracelet IS NOT a collectible required for the trophy, so you can rest easy. 6. Episode 8 has really bad recording quality. But aside from that, I’d warn you to be mindful of the collectible at 26:00 as you will have to swipe the touchpad from left to right to find the clue in the first page. This is EASILY MISSABLE! 7. I’d advise you make a strategic cloud/usb save in Episode 10 right at 26:00. This will be the LAST auto-save area before the final sequence of the game where the lodge goes up in flames. So, if you accidentally move your controller during a ‘don’t move’ encounter and die, you can simply use the backup save to retry :-) (Another benefit to making this BACKUP SAVE would be to allow you to get the ‘Instant Inferno’ without having to replay the entire episode) 8. At this point, select Episode 6 from the main menu and begin your Everyone Dies playthrough! 9. During the Everyone Dies replay, in video #13 of the playlist, Sam shows up tied to the chair in the uploader’s video, but not in our playthrough as the uploader got caught by the Psycho in the previous episode but did not include that in the video. This isn’t a problem, however, just keep progressing the story as normal. 10. The start of the 14th video of the guide has the same issue unfortunately, due to the uploader making some slightly different decisions which he did not include in his guide. Your Sam will start at a different position as opposed to the uploader’s video. Nonetheless, just keep playing until you find Mike and continue following the guide as normal. Ignore the entitled brats in the comment section. 11. Optional, but you might get network errors as you start a new play session which will force your game to pause and send you to the main menu. This can sometimes suck as it could distract you during QTEs and break your focus to the guide. Good luck to all you trophy hunters! Played this game several times and platinumed . You do not ,I repeat ,do not have to get the hat to give to the fire eater to get the achievement . Just help him survive. Also,be sure to complete every wedding event . Don’t use Axii on pigs . Wait until you meet with Gaunter O’Dimm and choose to stay longer at the wedding . Be sure to get Vlod’s letter to give to Olgieirc Nothing more ,nothing less. Got the achievement .

the game told me to input "47" which didn't work, but I found by pressing all the buttons and looking for the screens that lit up, "8B" was the correct combination. Weird logic.

Awe that was hell... I think I enjoyed The Quarry more compared to this... kinda shows it's age now, lol. Well it'll be a while till I platinum anther Supermassive game... they are so grindy it's exhausting. ; )

If you are Sam in the vent cause we never got captured on the good run... just keep following the path... you don't need to open any doors till after you go up some stairs, through big double doors, find you're dummy, continue and Mike will grab you're leg, have a nice chat, continue and open the barricaded door to the left for Mike, more chit-chat, then bust in on the psycho, Done. Nothing bad can happen to Sam at this point... so just do what you did in the good playthrough. : )

Well I cut off Mikes fingers in the last playthrough... according to the wiki it makes Sam's bracelet appear (that doesn't even make sense as a trigger, lol.), but I hid from the psycho as Sam... so I'm guessing it only appears if you got caught by the psycho... of which wasn't showen previously. Ahh well it doesn't matter anyway... thank goodness.

13:35 If you grab the hand be sure to cut you're fingers off for a missable trophy... otherwise avoid it to save you're fingers, but you will miss a trophy (the pry fingers free option breaks the machete - we might need the machete). In this video it isn't showen that Nick gets his fingers cut off, but it did happen - so my advice is that you should do it... also it has no effect on the story whatever you choose to do . Also at 43:00 if you choose to throw the vase at the psycho... that is another missable trophy. I'm not honestly sure if attacking the psycho will affect the story (Getting captured results in Sam's Bracelet being found as a collectible in the next chapter - you can hide and not get caught as that collectible won't count against you if it isn't there in the next chapter), but I'm thinking of throwing the vase at the psycho... so I can use chapter select and continue from CH6 for killing everyone off after beating the game first time saving everyone. I think none of the trophys will pop till end game, but we shall see... hope all this helps people in the future. ; D EDIT: The Scream Too and The Psycho Path trophys both unlocked at the end of this chapter for me... so if you follow what I have said at the points indicated in the video you should be good! : D
