Wellcome to Modern Food Concepts. Hi Peter Brenner CEC here. My company is all about helping people learn about basic and advanced cooking also basic and advanced baking and pastry. I will share items that I create each week. My gaol is to grow this channel into a food channel that will provide how to cooking and baking videos created with fresh healthy nutrtious ingredients. You to the benefit of my 40+ years working in the food service industry. Often times there are several differnt ways to create a final product. This book is well worth purchasing. Written by Christine Ingram, published back in 2002. The photography in this book, absolutely amazing.There are a lot of great recipes too. This is an older edition. My experience with this book has been great. The most recent edition also is a great choice. In my opinion The Professional Chef is one of the best ways that anyone interested in learning or improving your knowledge about food and cooking should own a copy of this book. Eat Well, Live Well.

Hi to everyone. This is one of the best book you could invest your time and money into if you really want to get better at baking and pastry. One of the unique things about this book is that Chef Friberg leaves us tips on what he has found to be best practice as well as things to avoid. These performances by Dead incarnations are so tired and played out. I went to see The Dead in '09 and it was the most low-energy show, it was BORING. The crowd was jazzed which really was the entertainment. Druggies are funny. Just hang it up, Bob.
I guess you didn't see the last Boulder show with Dave Matthews coming on stage for 4 songs and the drones in the sky making all the amazing visuals. Sure, they play a little slower, but they're in their f*cking 70s man. I find it impressive that Bobby can go out there night after night and perform at 75. Also, we aren't all druggies. Some of us just love the music and the kindness of everyone. And John Mayer is a wicked guitar player. He adds a lot to the mix. Just because they aren't for you, you can still have respect for other people's music preferences. I hate modern country music but I have respect for it.
