On a strict carnivore diet you can only use salt. But being animal or meat based like me, you can add in some carbs that work for you. More relaxed carnivore you can add dairy like butter and such.

I have never eaten batteries, but I guess everyone has their own idea of health 😅. Personally, I like to have lightly cooked liver once a week. Doesn’t bother me one bit!

I eat about 4 pounds of heart per week. I just make liver once or less per week for the nutrients.

@justinstimpson salted kerrigold Irish grass fed butter. But added some salt after on my third try. Adds to it for sure.
