Came here because of Drag Rave France. He is a dancer with years of ballet technique, but every video that I saw now he is not ready to be an etoile, he is falling from every pirouette, his energy is very low, amazing legs, and jumps, but he needs a lot of work.. I know there is an agenda here, he is black and we need different ethnicity on stage, but he is far from the best of the best. But still I am glad we have him on stage. He has future.

I was fortunate to see him in Giselle this month and he was quite thrilling. I look forward to seeing him in the future. A few notes on Giselle: Diop should work on Act 1 since everyone in Act 1 can come across as dull and everyone did when I saw it (Dorothée Gilbert was not his Giselle). But Act 2 is why this ballet is performed around the world - and Diop was up to the challenge. HIs youthful, tortured demeanor were completely compelling. In terms of technique, it was all there. His leaps and bourés as Miriam Ould-Braham's Myrtha (SENSATIONAL) tried to lead him to his death are burned into my brain. An exceptional talent!

I've seen this piece four times at Pacific Northwest Ballet, and it's shocking to see how different the movement quality is here! Maybe it's partially due to the music being recorded whereas PNB used live orchestra, but I highly recommend looking up some of the videos of PNB performing this choreography. It's very different!

Ines is a splendidly talented and artistic ballerina.

Paul Marque, il me bluffe à chaque fois que je le vois. j'ai vraiment remarqué son talent au top (étoile en même temps) le jour international du ballet (world ballet day 2023) quand on a pu voir le cours de Gil Isoart. Il a un ballon, une légèreté incroyable. Il faut absolument que j'aille le voir en vrai à l'opéra de Paris dans un rôle un peu plus conséquent
