I have the same bike. Love it. Except you're missing the hard shell saddles
Previous owner dropped the bike a few times and crushed the hard bags. I have them but chose to use traditional leather for now.

Wow, nice job! This was great for those to see that did not make it. Thank you for making this. At least John finished painting Wyama on Sun. Anxious to get her on the water and see what river/lake sailing is like compared to Puget Sound. I think kayaking is better on the river.
