Neighbors? $300 for something that needs a battery is a helluva deal, and that rust seems like it woulda come right off the rotor faces if they’d gone a mile or two….? If you are able to use divining rods(they don't work for everybody) they will pick up a plastic pipe with liquid in it and show direction of pipe. This can save time and $. The plastic bag on string with vacuum is quick too. Live and learn...I'm old😊

I used SWA (steel wire armor) cable to wire my 240v sauna - directly buried cable is way better and a lot easier than running THHN/THWN in conduit.

Better tell you buddy and c0-worker to hold on to that as long as possible as they are getting hard to come by! Adding a layer of gravel at the bottom of the post hole promotes proper drainage by allowing water to move away from the post. It helps prevent water from pooling around the base, reducing the risk of rotting. Using concrete to secure fence posts provides stability and prevents movement. Fill the first three inches up with gravel so the end of the post doesn't come into contact with the dirt. Gravel allows water to drain quickly away from the post and into the soil. Be sure to place the post in the center of the hole. Finally, fill the entire hole up with cement to the top.

Sam. When you turn a propane tank upside like that...They release liquid propane. Which is why your torch is acting the way it is in the video. If you just turn the tank the right way up. You won't have the issues you were having with it. Hope that helps. Another great video.

A couple of hard working young people doing honest work. I just don't understand the trolls. Falcon is a hard working kid (most people are kids to me anymore). Certainly better than those college campus nutballs with blue hair and no work ethic. Keep it up Sam.

seems like overkill for that small pipe but whatever. a trick to backfilling a trench like that is to have a hose and soak the dirt as it gets put in. will fill easier and way more compact without hardly any effort.

Tie a rag to some string and get it started at one end and get a shop vac at the other end , the shop vac will pull the strip then tie your wire to the string and pull it down the line
