I'm all about team USA, but this is a US win due to bad refereeing. Couple illegal stiff arms by the US to England's face, additionally, in my opinion, I do not like players running behind or around their teammates stationary or not unless they are executing a switch pass which they didn't, and consequently several US team members did intentionally run behind their teammates when advancing the ball. As a defender when you are trying to close space and make a quick tackle, even that slight and minor loop behind a teammate before correcting and running forward is shielding, sheparding, and obstruction to the defense's ability to defend. I would have called it on team US every single time.
As the name Red Roses is already taken by another rugby team,its a bad idea to use the name on another team. I recommend the name 7 Roses.

Congrats girls.You are doing well.Coach Saiasi Fuli has done a massive work from where the girls were to where they are now.With the learnings that have grasped technically obviously that will grow from strength to overtime. Yes fine tuning will obviously come into play especially when you to neutralise power play against teams like New Zealand Australia USA and Russiaa.The coach knows that very well to counter ploys used by the above mentioned teams.All the girls.Hats off Mr Saiasi Fuli.

The Black Ferns hadn't played for almost two years before this game. We're kidding ourselves if we think they won't be back to somewhere near their best by the time their home World Cup comes around.
