Gary Wat - Transforming Real Estate from Community-Driven Innovation
What's the best hotel you've ever stayed in and why? Let us know in the comments!
Gary Wat is a visionary real estate agent known for his innovative approach and deep-rooted passion for community building. His journey into real estate is anything but conventional. Initially on the lookout for investors for a school-related project, Gary was encouraged to explore a career in real estate. Despite some initial hesitation, he quickly excelled, becoming one of the top-performing agents in his field. Gary’s success is a testament to the idea that the most unexpected opportunities can often lead to the most remarkable achievements.
Gary’s work in real estate is driven by a belief that it’s not just about buying and selling properties; it’s about cultivating vibrant communities. This philosophy led him to develop the Hommtown app, a pioneering platform that redefines the home-buying experience. Unlike traditional platforms like Zillow, Hommtown connects potential buyers with more than just a property-it introduces them to the heart and soul of the neighborhoods they’re considering. The app highlights local businesses, cultural spots, and the unique character that defines each community, reflecting Gary’s commitment to creating meaningful connections between people and places.
Beyond his professional achievements, Gary is deeply invested in the San Gabriel Valley community. He is actively involved with the San Gabriel Chamber of Commerce and is a regular at local spots like Kisen Sushi and Santa Anita Park. Gary’s love for the San Gabriel Valley is evident in everything he does, making him not just a successful real estate agent but a true community leader.

It was Democrats (Mostly Lomas and Punk Rockers) attacking Minorities with their "F YOU CHINO", "GO BACK WHERE YOU CAME FROM", "F BUSH" & "F REAGAN". Violent Racist Democrat Violence repeated all over SoCal, and groups like MS-13, Armenian Power, Tiny Rascals/ Asian Boyz, Black Dragon, etc, etc, etc came from being "Protection Groups" from these violent attacks. Remember Nury Martinez, Kevin (De)Leon and other Racist Comments? Thats just a small glimpse of Racist Democrat Hate. Keppel was a rough school, No Pronouns, No LGBT Grooming, No Safe Spaces, lol.
Love this man!! Thank you for having him on for an interview!!
appreciate the love
💯
Freshman in highschool at 12? HUHHHH?? BRO either your a super genius or you went to school in a REALLY freaky place because highschool is only 4 years and most people finish their 4th year while they're 18.
there were places where grade school was k-6 and 7-12 were highschool, idk when it changed but my dad went to school in Huntington WV and it was like that.
People get a new start after immigrating here to America and many got to go to school to finally get an education where one couldnt afford to "back home" in the old country(s). If one had to not be so forthcoming to do something for ones life and family, so be it. Im sure people of your heritage did the same for their 2nd and 3rd wave of immigrants.
❤
Pretty gay
Lol she’s such a bullshitter.. spewing lies to support her narrative. She didn’t hear gunshots all night and if she did she wasn’t sleeping soundly.
Spanking is NOT BEATING
My mother just was absent, we didn't have a horrible life. A lot of fights. I always stood up for her wrong or right. I don't think she missed my absents. I life home at 16. My daughter and I are no contact. It used to rip me up! I still wish things were different. Last time we talked it went bad...im good with no contact for the first time. She had a normal life, both parents, interested in her life. Normal times of being grounded. I will admitt i slapped her in the face once because she was drunk underage, she laughed 🙄 My husband and decided no drugs or alcohol before we had a family. I'll be that horrible person you need me to be... Stop these generational curses on the families. Honor your mother and father means your all response to take care of each other. This crap ain't going away, its always easy to blame others for our failures.
when i grew up in the '50's, if a neighbor saw you doing mischief, they would spank you and THEN tell your parents, who would spank you again when Dad got home! is it any wonder that today we live in a lawless, corrupt & immoral society?
@janestarr4403 abusers rarely do
My mother never apologized to me when she was in the hospital dying. She abused me, but I protected her from the consequences of her actions. All I wanted was for her to say thank you, I love you, I'm proud of you. But she never said a word of gratitude.
So sorry to hear that! Hope you were able to heal from it.
pasadena sandwich company is def one of the best!!! get the chicago!
I wonder...🙄...could they be the same? Better yet, could someone apply one as the other, successfully?

What about cognitive functions?
The movie you are thinking of with the Cabazon Dinosaurs is “The Wizard” with Fred Savage. It is also featured in Pee wee’s Big Adventure.
Yes, it finally came to us later on in the interview! The Cabazon Dinosaurs were also in the music video for Tears for Fears' "Everybody Wants to Rule the World"
Thank you so much for having me on! It was one of the most fun and thoughtful conversations I've had in a long time. 😃
