Pine ridge needs better tribal council to manage the money that is coming in and not to put it in there pockets for them self. That is why the people have so many problems there. Those that come here to work, send money back to their families. Could that be a possibility that some of the people on the reservation, leave for a bit and work and send money back home to try to better themselves and to have positive reinforcement in the community?
