Sorry to say this, Nate. But the way you presented your case, I can't see it as anything but racism. It looks to me like she might just have been doing her job too well, going so far as to call out someone else who was not doing their job properly. They determined to get rid of her and manufactured some evidence. Like hacking dates in electronic mediums is hard to do. On top of that, you give no weight to the fact that she was under such constant harassment that she had a nervous breakdown. Like harassment never happens to people in those situations, be it motivated by race, gender or any number of other possible reasons. Is that not at least a clue that something suspicious was going on around her that bears investigating before you assume the worst about her? Your presentation then shows her being treated with undue prejudice at her trial, where she's not even allowed to speak. And when she has another nervous breakdown after her sentencing, you try to turn that to evidence against her as well. Saying she should have walked out with dignity. That sounds like depraved indifference to me. You really spare no expense to make it look for all the living world like she's being railroaded. Then, just to put the cherry on top, you say here's three or four other black women that this happened to and say this is what happens when you hire black women. How the heck is anyone supposed to see that as anything but the most blatant racism/sexism? I mean, sure, diversity hiring is a generally bad idea, but it's not an automatic disqualifier. And why the targeting specifically of black women? Are black women the only judges who screw up and lose their jobs? If that's the case, maybe they are being targeted behind the scenes. Maybe all these cases were frame-ups. Basically, your presentation seems geared to raise a lot of uncomfortable questions. I think you should review this evidence without the confirmation bias of extreme prejudice. Try looking at it without desperately wanting to see a diversity hire fail. Because that kind of prejudice has no place in law.
