The key word is SIMPLE, but a very clear demonstration of assembly, as said elsewhere, the paper instructions are unclear and potentially dangerous. So many thanks. Just one point to make, the paper instructions do state the obvious and that is DONT put the battery in first...................Also, when demonstrating the the trimmer on grass, I'm surprised that you still have any toes..
