When a Governor can Live like a King, just imagine what a President can do! This is what we call Fat-Cat Syndrome, as no one in their Right mind would clean such a house...not without getting Paid to do it! In Heaven there are Mansions as far as the eye can see, and you can choose which ever one you want! Choose wisely, as it will be the one you find yourself cleaning all day, every day, for eternity! :) ...No, Thank you!

You can't walk into a listing presentation with nothing in hand, but I will say, walking into a listing presentation, where my reputation precedes me (they've found me on the web, they've seen my videos, they've read my blog posts, etc) - my listing presentation is MUCH MUCH MUCH shorter and easier with less pushback. Build your online reputation and let that be the first part of your listing presentation.
