Wir sind letztes Jahr mit LH vom EuroAirport Basel-Muhlouse (als Zubringerflug hin und zurück) über FaM in die 🇺🇸 nach Seattle geflogen mit dem selben Typ (A330), habe eine Komolitonin besucht die US-Amerikanerin ist, Seattlite, und haben anschließend eineb kranken Freund in Nothern California besucht, das letzte mal, er lebte in der Nähe des Yosemitie Natl.Park. Zurück sind wir, waren in NYC,ein Freund von uns ist Ami NYC'er lebt in Manhattan nicht weit weg vom Empire State Building, lebt im 55 Stock 😬, er ist recht "reich" (Luxus Penthouse Wohnung",für uns "furchtbar", aber er liebt es,er ist 🧡 goldig, goldig Gay 🏳️🌈, lebt mit seinem Mann dort, also beide recht wohlhabend,hat damals auch nunmal als NYC'er 9/11 erlebt, nach dem der 2.Flieger in den anderen Turm rein gebraust ist, ist er sofort geflüchtet hat "gerade" die nächste Subway vom Union Square in den Norden genommen, nach Bronx! Sein Ehemann war damals bei uns in 🇪🇺 in 🇲🇫 in Lyon geschäftlich, er kam erst nach sechs Wochen Heim,da es keinen Flug "überhaupt " in die USA 🇺🇸✈️ gab,bzw stattgefunden hat, da USA alle Grenzen dicht gemacht haben!!! Aber zurück: zurück sind wir von Newark Liberty Intl.Airport mit LH nach Frankfurt zurück geflogen,allerdings mit einer Boeing 747alt Typ -400 er,leider nicht der neue -800 er, aber es war auch cool!!!✈️ der "Zubringerflieger" EuroAirport Basel-Muhlouse war eine "Mitsubishi-Typ", der Flug jeweils beide Richtungen ist "nur" 25 Minuten!!!! Gab 'nur" eine Wasserflasche und ein Stück Schoki (LH-Schocki, wie bei Swiss 🙃),immerhin, auf dem Flug von Sacramento-Newark mit " Mittlerweile verufener United Airlines "Cooperation LH-UA Star Alliance",gab es gaaar nix, war ein Nachtflug und die drei Stewardessen haben den Service in der Mitte des Fluges gemacht,wo "fast" jeder geschlafen hat 🤷♂️. Great video! It’s pretty scary! How long did it take for you to realize that there was a hydraulic problem? Or Did you realize right away?
It was, yeah! At first I thought It‘s only the spoilers and some vortex. But Then I realized its not normal. And then I heard the Warning Sirens in the cockpit and the braking at Landing was weird.. yeah, all in all, very scary

the sitting safely and ALIVE on the ground for over an hour is the least of your concerns. You had a hydraulic failure on final, part of the flight spoilers were sticking out, thank GOD you landed safely!!!

Ahaha 😂 yeah, but I don‘t think it‘ll get that famous ;) Yes, after landing the Captain told us about the problem. Then we had to wait for a tug, so after all of that everyone noticed, but not in that exact moment. Felt like turbulences 😅
