Hello Yeye. I am afraid that Harmony of the Seas was only based at Southampton for a very short time when she went into service. Generally we have a Freedom Class and a Voyager Class ship based in the UK for the summer months, and for this year it is Independence of the Seas and Navigator of the Seas. Then at the end of the summer they go back to Florida. Regards. Ian

As far as I am aware there is still a Johnny Rockets on Anthem, which was there when I made the video over a year ago. However, Quantum and Ovation don't have one, as they have a Kung Fu Panda Noodle Bar instead

Glad you liked the ship. Missing a port of call due to the weather is always a disappointment, but can happen to any ship, anywhere in the world.

+GoCruiseWithIan I understood that before we cruised. Royal Caribbean seems to be overly safe though since that cruise ship on the east coast took a beating. If you miss a port they should at the very least comp drinks or something. First cruise and probably my last.

Carolyn Gardner Hello Carolyn. Having spent a lot of time making 3 videos of Anthem of the Seas, I am sorry that you only something negative to say. I was onboard for less than 2 days, and spent that time walking around the ship taking hundreds of short video clips and photos, which I then edited when I got home. I visited every grade of stateroom which was open for inspection, as well as all the dining venues. I am an independent travel agent (nothing to do with Royal Caribbean) and I make these videos so that I can give my customers a feel for life onboard different ships. I know that they get thousands of views, and can only hope that many people do find them useful.

Sorry if you though my comment was negative, but everyone can not afford those state rooms you show. The obstructed view balcony are beautiful Anthem of the Seas did a good job accommodation every price. I will be on that ship in November. All cruise company are good for me, I love cruises they are fun and relaxing.

+Carolyn Gardner We have reservations for an obstructed view balcony. Neither us or our agent could figure out what that meant. Can you explain any more about this, or do you have a picture of what to expect from the balcony?

An obstructed view could mean that perhaps there is a lifeboat hanging there, either in front of or below your cabin, or something as simple as a pole from part of the structure of the ship. Surprised your agent couldn't tell you, but if you let me know the cabin number i will see what i can find out for you

While I quite like the bigger ships, I have to agree that Brilliance of the Seas is a great ship. Big enough to have some amazing features, but small enough to feel comfortable in. The new Quantum class is quite a bit smaller than the Oasis class, so who knows what will be next. Thank you for watching my video.
