Beautiful I love to see the development in my country. You guys love to complain.
This shopping Centre is beautiful
I've never seen such poor build quality. Its 7 years down the line and the walls are literally crumbling as if the morter was made of plain sand. None of any of the roof tiles were secured so the first big storm that hit us took half the tiles with it. There is so much land fill all over that we can't grow trees. The hand rails up the stairs are falling out. The body corporate has spent R5 million to date trying to fix the mess that they call a boiler room. Electrical works are a joke, everytime anyone uses a hair dryer, the block trips, from day one. Indoor plastering was also done with plain sand it seems because you can use your finger to scrape the plaster off the walls of any one of the 194 units. It was a rush job with subpar quality in every single aspect. Every time I look for another property and I see it was built by renico, I walk away. Save yourself the head ache and stay away from Renico built rubbish.

You know I'm in spark turffontein and it's nice and my principal it miss mokwena and we like you in a recipe in grade one and so I like to comment that will you like to come to my school it's nice we have serious when it's your birthday you get to receive this be kind to your principal but we have yellow forms so if you want to come say spark schools turffontein grade are up until grade 7 and when you down grade 7 you're going to another school and and on that school they're going to have a party when you in grade 7 first party for going out h
