Glad you are back making those videos glad you found a special person in your life. I am definitely interested in having my chassis done on my 2016 GMC Sierra double cab. That chassis you did looked awesome on that 2500. So if you can send me the info on what it would cost and when you get caught up on work I will bring it down. You did the work on my 2003 Silverado and I'm still happy with the way that came out.

Just saw your video and I have similar problem on a 2014 ram 3500 ,I have right turn single blinking fast but front and rear light working , also no trailer connector light the hot pin has current I have left turn but that's all Help

IDK if there is a follow-up video to this one (my first vid of yours) but I would like to a couple more things... this is just setting the amp gain level with a HU-Amp setup w/ no bass boost [active]. You probably address it later like in your DSP/tuning video but reset the gains on your amps finally AFTER all DSP units (incl. "bass restoration" units) are installed & tuned also... of course with the bass boost knob turned all the way up. That all matters especially if others (especially your "kids") might be driving your vehicle at some point. (for those who don't know) If you set your amp's gain with the bass boost active and set to the dial's midway point, when someone else uses your vehicle and they crank the bass knob (line signal knob) all the way, it COULD blow a sub. I'm a fan of overpowering my subs & other components within reason but have used a 2k amp on a 4watt RMS sub... just have to "gain it down" but that's a whole other video & topic. Sorry, I get excited talking about car audio... for 30 years now, lol. GREAT video, going to check out the channel now :D

I just bought a welder and safe t caps. No experience welding. What settings do you recommend for a gasless welder? I've got to use a generator for the welder.

I've been using their Tig 250P for the last 2-3 years and I have been pleasantly surprised. Hundreds to thousands of pie cuts later, and still no problems. The Cut55DS Pro costs like $450 up here in the frozen wastelands of Alberta Canada, haven't got it (yet).

The yj headlights are rectangular, not square. Awesome video though.

But you have to disconnect the ac lines to the evap core and then recharge the ac right? Is it worth going ahead an replacing heater core and evap while you're in there doing blend door?

Wtf... Why would you leave that front crossmember in? It's already has a giant hole in it. It's literally two bolts and two rivets and you can put a brand new one in. It will take you 10 to 15 minutes. I love when people go this far into a project and start cutting corners at the very end. Complete waste of time.

Placing the exciters in different places on a stereo signal will defeat much of what the original audio engineer was trying to accomplish. If you use different configurations on different panels you should use a mono output and place the panels adjacent to each other. All of the audio will be sent to both speakers and the “EQing" you are doing with exciter placement should have better results. If you retain the original stereo output it would be better to use two exciters per panel (center and 2/5) or a set of the differentiated panels per channel.

I want to thank you so much for this idea. Yes it’s great to have a friend come over but sometimes it’s tough to coordinate that this is a really awesome idea to be able to get your winch on there and be able to get everything taken care of thank you so much again please continue to share these awesome videos.

Thanks for the review. I got a mig 250 pro about a month ago. I love it! Your review gave me great peace about how it should hold up. I burn about 15 pounds a year on steel. Just got my mig torch this week and have started to get it going for irrigation pipes. 😃😃

All four of my door panels are so well engineered it all I have to do is look at them and they know I want them to pop off. Same thing with the windows. If you even think about rolling one down, it just drops immediately the Germans were so smart they knew you would not want to wait for the slow window to roll down. My radiator has a super cool feature where it can just expel all the fluid out to super cool quickly as possible and always from a discrete location so that any pass gets won’t see where it blows out. Another feature mine has is a buttonless radio and if you touch any other buttons, they automatically disappear. That’s some awesome German engineering.

You and I have a much different definition of well engineered if you mean engineered for every piece of plastic on the car to break that’s very well, if you mean engineered for this to happen to every single BMW X5 that is very well engineered

Forgive me if I've missed it, but with the vertically cracked and separating section of frame did you add any patch or strengthen on the top side of the tube ? Or just the plates on the sides tying everything back together above/along the bracket? Rewatching several times and reading through the comments I still cant seem to find my answer. I am encountering a similar crack, but without nearly as much movement on my fiancé's 99 TJ near the rear trail arm bracket where the large factory cutout sits. Just trying to wrap my head around the frame damage, gain perspective, and contemplate our options. Really appreciate your videos and commitment to repair over replace, keep doing this awesome work to keep the old beasts rolling down the trail!

It’s just amazing to me. How you all do these big jobs like that. I personally don’t know how Nissan ever fit a V6 and that tiny little spot.
