Yeah, I know I was super lousy in this run, but for good reason: this run was also the first time I've reached Momoyo, period. I've got about two more aborted runs but they never even reached her. That I managed to make it to the very end... I'm still not sure if it was because of luck, or insanity. (Or the fact I beat TH18 itself before it and TH17 extra before that and TH17 on the same day, yeah I'm catching up for TH19 lore.)

I think the secret to dodging this without much injury is to make sure the patterns aren't spawned on top of you, by always taking a side. Even if your character has a narrow bullet range, Koishi will always try to stay above you, so switching sides is a good idea if you don't want to dodge the bullets from the narrowest and riskiest gaps. This spellcard is pure evil. Koishi's "Philosophy of a Hated Person" and "Subterranean Rose" can be at least captured as any of the loadouts available in the game easily, whereas Marisa B and her ease in just changing the shot formation on a whim is the best fit for this spellcard, while other load outs have to suffer of course. When you think about it, it's the second phase that serves the most threat. The third phase also has a lot of pressure because of Koishi chasing you, and you having to stay in the middle of the 'rooms' which would eventually hit the edges of the screen.       She (and Junko) are BRUTAL extra bosses compared to nearly everyone else. Their patterns are not straightforward and require multi-tasking to even dodge at all. Of course their extra stage doesn't work in PointDevice mode but it's still Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom with its "difficulty for the sake of difficulty" mindset. Now, the stage itself could be more awful but it isn't.

      Marisa is holding back significantly against cirno. Clownpiece gave a seasoned Reimu a hard time thats not even a good comparison.

      @floral1092 I can't tell if this is a joke or not, if it is well played, if not: Dai looks up to cirno and believes her lie of being the strongest, Cirno knows dai is weaker than her and tries to protect her. Dai barely even has spell cards. Lily appears in th9 and th16 (and more) as a fodder mini boss for every playable character to run through.
