Full integration, even on electronic builds, will be the next industry failure. It'll take time, but like poorly executed press fit BBs and the return to threaded, the complaints will build, and eventually, you'll see carbon frames with hoses / cables partially routed externally again.

its tough to be a bike mechanic, yeah since you have to know how to look for defects then repair and fix bs frames made in china that cost over 10k. besides that working on bikes are diy and self taught, you dont need to "find a good teacher" its not like cars or h vac, lol.

Buy a mini needle torque wrench. Goes in saddle bag, and has torx and Allen bits.

I would like to see the industry convert from allen key to torx fasteners for the small stuff. Thanks for a really informative video.

As a general home mechanic and wrencher I trust only myself, UCI approved thingy mechanics are probably ok but most bike shop mechanics where I live are absolutely disgraceful to the "mechanic" term, I do my own motorcycle (dirtbike mostly) services too but you see the difference in a moto shop, they are REAL mechanics. Bike shop dudes are not mechanics...

I would hands down bleed my own brakes(and have) before plenty of other bike mechanic tasks. Like building/rebuilding wheels, that take serious skill.

I don't agree with working on hydraulic brakes being complicated or dangerous. It is one of the simplest and easiest maintenance you can do and you have to do something really stupid to completely loose both brakes. Installing pressfit cartrige bearings in hubs or bb on other hand is something that requires large investment in tools and still have decent probability to end up in expensive replacement due fuck up

Hi! I would like to suggest that you include the brand and model name to your video titles. For example: "How to Use Super B TB-1161", so that it is searchable across Google and here in YT. Model name in the video title is not enough, so you should also include the brand name. I was struggling to find a video about this particular cutting guide. The only one I found was the Portuguese version uploaded in this channel. Your videos are great, and I find it very helpful as I want to purchase a lot of tools from your brand. But you can at least improve your SEO so that you will get a lot of traffic on your channel.

Thans for that tool. I ride long ranges using my bike (10 000 km) and I noticed spokes are not tensioned so well and wheel is not stable as on the begining. Then I will start to improve tenstion today. Your instruction is very well writen, thanks! You noticed that tention on left side of wheel could be different then right side - very important note, I was not aware. Regards from Poland!

I bought this tool and it looks basically very good. I wanted to replace an original SRAM GXP Road bearing. Unfortunately the plate for 22 mm doesn't fit because the original SRAM GXP cups are connected with a tube and it isn't possible to put in the plate into that tube.

SuperB bike tools seems to be cheap made and poor quality .. they ar good tools? they seem more like tools for home mechanics and not for professional use.

Does the L and R marking on taps denote the side to use or the style of threading?
